Semi Automatic Plating Plant

This semi-automated plant is ideal for electroplating. Components are hung on conductive hooks that move along a conveyor with adjustable speed, and process timings can be set to control the conveyor operation.
The conveyor chain and support system are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and ensure longevity. The distance between anodes and cathodes is consistently maintained. Tanks are typically polypropylene, with titanium anode baskets. Copper hooks move along copper tracks carrying precise, controlled current. Simultaneous loading and unloading of components adds extra efficiency.
The installed VFD displays the conveyor speed, while the centralized control panel shows the current and temperatures of various electrolytes for easy monitoring and control.
